A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (info@kiddiephone.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs arising if you chose a different delivery method than the standard one offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

  • the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
  • the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  • the supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Important Notice

For your return to be processed, it is mandatory that you:

  • Clearly include your order number, full name, and complete billing/shipping address on the outside and inside of the package;
  • Use the correct return warehouse address as confirmed by our support team;
  • Send us the tracking number and return shipping receipt/invoice by email after dispatching the return;
  • Ensure all warehouse details (address, country, warehouse code if applicable) are clearly visible on the shipping label.

Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be verified and will not be eligible for reimbursement.
